Procedure

Put the mixture in a jar and keep in refrigerated. Consume 1 tablespoon of this remedy at least half an hour before meals. This means you should consume it 3 times a day. It is advised to use a wooden spoon.

This oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids which are excellent for promoting new hair growth. This oil also has anti-inflammatory properties and treats other hair and scalp conditions such as dandruff.
